RACK MIRACLE. Some of you who know me might have heard my van miracle story or my coffee grinder miracle. This week we were blessed with the "Rack miracle". I got a call from Bob ( I call him Bob the builder ) He helps The New Hope Resource Center with plumbing, electrical, shelving, whatever they need. He is the nicest guy you'll meet. So helpful, and He is not afraid to tackle anything. He wanted to know if I could help them get some warehouse racks. My husband Steve Kienholz was watching on a few auction websites. A friend told me to check with Rusty Rack Guy's 253-804-0404. When I called, James answered and I told him what I was doing, trying to help NHRC get racks. They needed them to help organize donations helping the homeless. He said sure come on over. A few hours later we had them for FREE! Yesterday Bob got them installed. So sweet to have a front-row seat watching God helping those, helping those in need.

I just wanted to drop your company a note and let you know how my experience with you went. We were moving our warehouse from 11,000 sq ft in Kent, Wa to 30,000 sq ft in Auburn, Wa. We did not have adequate racking to supply the new facility and it needed to be installed before we could take the other racking down. We called around to start the search for new/used racking for our new facility.
We got in touch with Woody Cunningham from Rusty Rack. He came by our current facility and analyzed the racking we had and what our needs and wants were for the new facility. He was very attentive to our needs and did everything he could to accommodate us.
Woody made suggestions and offered solutions to some of the challenges we were facing. His insight and helpfulness were greatly appreciated. He went above and beyond our expectations and provided us with excellent options and service.
When the racking arrived, he helped us secure staffing to get it installed and was an integral part of getting the proper contacts for us to secure permits and mechanical drawings. The experience could have and should have been a nightmare. Woody made the process as easy as he possibly could.
The condition of the racking was better than I expected. With a name like Rusty Rack, I can tell you I was a bit skeptical about what condition it was in. As you can see from the photos below, the majority of the racking was in excellent condition and I was impressed that we got the racking for the price they quoted. We saved a ton of money by purchasing the “previously loved” racking and it looked fantastic.

I just completed the installation of 6 units of the RiveTier Rivet Rack light-duty industrial shelving, and I am very happy with the results. The units are extremely sturdy and look great in my shop.
Most importantly, the Rivet Rack went together easily and required no fasteners, and only one tool - a mallet. I have had experience with other shelving systems, and they required hundreds of nuts and bolts and hours of backbreaking assembly on my hands and knees. In contrast, the Rivet Rack goes together fast, and most of the work can be done standing up.
I will certainly use the Rivet Rack system again when I expand my storage. I collect and restore antique farm equipment, and almost everything I have is heavy, bulky, and rusty, and my collection keeps growing...
Also, I would like to commend you on the prompt and accurate processing of my orders. On each occasion, the material was ready for loading just as promised, and your yard staff was friendly and helpful. Thanks for providing great products at such reasonable prices!

On behalf of Epoch Design, I wanted to thank you and Jayson for all your efforts in getting our racking project completed in Redmond. Although working with the city of Redmond showed to be nearly impossible you were able to make the best of the circumstances and finish our project as quickly as possible. I also wanted to thank Chris and his crew from KLM. With the limited time available at our new facility, Chris was able to handle what I consider to be a large project with ease. Each time a promise was made by either Rusty Rack or their installers it was met no matter what the effort. Thank you for all your hard work; it was nice to have someone to be able to rely on during such a stressful move.

The inspector signed off on the rack installation last week. Thank you very much for understanding my situation and getting the inspector out there right away the next morning. I really appreciate that.
Also, if you could pass this along to your supervisors, I am very happy with the speed at which you and all the others involved, were able to work with me on the design (and accommodate some changes), get it to the City for permitting and then arrive at our shop on a Saturday to install it. And the installation exceeded my expectations in terms of quality and again, speed. You and Clayton were done, as promised before 10 am so that my crew could get into the back warehouse and start our productions for the day.
We're looking forward to continuing to work with your company in the future as we continue to grow. Thank you.

From A to Z, this was by far the easiest racking project I have ever been involved with. You guys were great not only at the installation but the ease with which you made the purchase and planning.
